• Traffic Engineer

    As part of our Transportation team, the Traffic Engineer will develop traffic control, signing, pavement marking, and traffic signal plans, as well as perform traffic operational analyses. The Traffic Engineer will utilize their knowledge and skills to support our project teams in delivery of projects through planning and design.

  • Marketing Manager

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. This individual will be responsible for researching new business opportunities, designing materials for pursuit efforts, and managing the development of eye-catching marketing materials and proposal documents for clients. Additionally, this position will have management responsibilities for the Shrewsberry website and other forms of social media. There will be both technical writing and creative writing requirements for this position for writing and designing proposals, sponsorship advertisements, web pages, and internal communications. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to the creation of various marketing pieces and proposals.

  • Marketing Coordinator

    The Marketing Coordinator will participate and assist in the development of internal marketing standardization practices and proposal efforts. This position will support the Marketing Manager and be responsible for designing and creating various marketing materials to support corporate growth. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to the creation of various marketing pieces and proposals.

  • Design Technician – Landscape Architecture/Site Civil

    The Design Technician will communicate regularly with the design team to develop multiple projects in various stages of design with tasks including data collection to prepare site plans, schematic designs, construction documents, and exhibits; set up and oversee drawing formats and templates; interpret and review construction drawings, prepare horizontal control plans, grading and erosion control plans, planting plans, and construction details. This position will support a multi-disciplinary group on a wide variety of projects for public and private clients.

  • Project Engineer – Aviation Engineering

    This professional will work as a member of our team and contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Aviation Department in Louisville.

    The Aviation Engineer (Project Engineer – Aviation Engineering) is responsible for all aspects of project management including scope development, quality control, and project delivery. Additional responsibilities include building client relationships and participating in aspects of business development activities. It is preferred that the successful candidate has 6-8 years of airfield design and construction management experience. Preferred experience includes airfield design, FAA and INDOT coordination, development of construction bid packages, business development, and client relationship management. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and professional engineer license in Indiana is required.

  • Senior Project Manager – Transportation

    The Senior Project Manager will provide senior level project management oversight on transportation projects with a team of engineers. The Senior Project Manager will develop strong working relationships with agencies, municipalities, and other consulting firms.

    The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the technical excellence of the transportation projects managed and on time and within budget project deliverables. This position has business development and management responsibilities. The position includes a significant contribution to strategic planning.

  • Project Manager

    The primary function of this position is to develop plans, specifications, details, and engineering reports as needed on assigned tasks to see that these items are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practice.
