• Stormwater Project Manager

    The Stormwater Project Manager will be responsible for all phases of stormwater planning and design, in addition to the management of engineering services during construction. This position requires proficiency with PCSWMM, XPSWMM, HEC-RAS, and similar models used to asses hydrological and hydraulic conditions in a given project area, and the experience to use these software for evaluating viable options for correcting drainage problems determined with these modeling tools.

    The Stormwater Project Manager must also have the design expertise required to develop construction documents illustrating the solutions determined with the previously mentioned stormwater modeling software. The Stormwater Project Manager must recognize the expected level of detail required at each phase of engineering design and take the appropriate steps to execute the design accordingly, and in a manner that minimizes risk to the firm.

  • Traffic Engineer

    As part of our Transportation team, the Traffic Engineer will develop traffic control, signing, pavement marking, and traffic signal plans, as well as perform traffic operational analyses. The Traffic Engineer will utilize their knowledge and skills to support our project teams in delivery of projects through planning and design.

  • Project Engineer – Aviation Engineering

    This professional will work as a member of our team and contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the Aviation Department in Indianapolis.

    The Aviation Engineer (Project Engineer – Aviation Engineering) is responsible for all aspects of project management including scope development, quality control, and project delivery. Additional responsibilities include building client relationships and participating in aspects of business development activities. It is preferred that the successful candidate has 6-8 years of airfield design and construction management experience. Preferred experience includes airfield design, FAA and INDOT coordination, development of construction bid packages, business development, and client relationship management. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and professional engineer license in Indiana is required.
