Bill Shrewsberry is the President/CEO of Shrewsberry & Associates, which was founded in 2001. Bill has held several public offices, including Deputy Mayor of the City of Indianapolis, Executive Director of the White River State Park, Commissioner of Indiana Department of Administration and Executive Assistant to the Governor. Bill has 10 years experience in public service, administering and overseeing many complex public projects.

Kenneth Beache, PE, RA
B.S.- Bachelor of Architecture - Howard University
M.S.- Environmental Engineering - Purdue University
Kenneth Beache is the Vice President/COO of Shrewsberry & Associates. He holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a degree in architecture. He is a professional civil engineer and registered architect. Ken leads our environmental division, but focuses his time on wastewater engineering issues. He has led many significant projects, but also has specific experience in site design, environmental consulting, and facility assessments. His strengths lie multidisciplinary projects requiring an owner's technical representative and senior civil management. |

D. Blake Wilson, LPG
B.S.- Geology - Ball State University
Blake Wilson is a Licensed Professional Geologist with additional certifications in asbestos, underground storage tanks, hazardous waste site operations and hazardous response. Blake has 18 years experience in managing many complex environmental projects, and has the skills to manage each project to ensure that each phase of environmental inspection, sampling, analysis reporting, and removal plan and ultimate remediation activities are conducted to meet all permitting requirements.

Jeanne Chandler brings site civil, industrial and aviation market experience to Shrewsberry & Associates. Jeanne has a degree in civil engineering and has over 10 years of aviation and construction related experience. She has managed multimillion-dollar capital construction projects for United Airlines and Eli Lilly and Company, and has skills in dispute resolution. |

Joseph Wiesinger
B.S. - Public Affairs - Indiana University
Joe Wiesinger is a proactive individual with a degree in public affairs and a real estate background. He has successfully led large-scale projects for the public sector at the Indiana State Office Building Commission, and has represented owners in the private sector. Joe brings over 8 years experience that includes owner’s executive project management, development services, real estate services, utility coordination, owner’s technical representative services, and construction observation services. |
