Shrewsberry offers a range of integrative services to help our clients monitor their projects throughout design and construction.

As an owner’s representative, we have the expertise to lead the project and lessen the burden on the Owner, as well as provide technical services throughout the project development process. Acting as an extension of our client’s staff, our program managers provide the proficiency and skill to ensure the project is run smoothly and the highest quality product is delivered for the investment.

Our professionals understand the planning and construction issues on complex projects and have demonstrated experience leading projects to successful completion. Utilizing an extensive project management approach, we combine varying aspects of the construction process—planning, procurement, design, construction, project controls, specialty inspections, and quality control/quality assurance—and provide technical expertise for each project.

Shrewsberry applies critical program management practices throughout the project, concentrated on schedule and budget objectives. This includes determining key milestones to track early in the project development process in order to provide stakeholder involvement and feedback. From planning and design to construction and occupancy, we utilize our vast experience and knowledge gained from previous projects to apprise decisions at critical points during each project.
