Water Resources Engineering

Shrewsberry’s water resources engineers are experienced with and engaged in stormwater, water and wastewater projects.

Our staff’s experience is in water treatment and distribution; wastewater collections and treatment; hydrology; and stormwater drainage and treatment. Our skills and resources yield innovative and customized engineering solutions in response to the increasing complexity of water resources projects. Shrewsberry’s primary clients for water resources services are public and private utilities. Our water resources engineers provide civil engineering and design services in support of wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water including drainage design and water quality management. In conjunction with our construction services division, we are able to offer a broad array of services that support the management of water resource projects. Included in these civil engineering services are field assessment, facilities planning, modeling, design and construction administration.

Shrewsberry’s water resources staff is comprised of professional engineers with supplemental certifications including Envision Sustainability Professionals (ENV SP), which indicates training, experience, and expertise with Envision™ Sustainable Design. Shrewsberry also has staff with the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) designation, which represents professional development enhancing the knowledge of floodplain management professionals.
