As part of the project team, Shrewsberry was contracted to assist in the update of the Thoroughfare Plan for the City of Lebanon, Indiana. Shrewsberry’s scope of work included attending steering committee meetings, traffic counts, traffic forecasting, congestion analysis, safety analysis, review of plan drafts and recommendations for improvements.
In addition, Shrewsberry was tasked with creating map exhibits using GIS data from Boone County. These included base year traffic, future year traffic, locations with congestion under existing and future conditions, and crash rate maps.
