The Certification Specialist/Administrative Assistant will complete and process the necessary business documents for Shrewsberry to maintain business eligibility and certification in numerous states and successfully expand its business into other states. This will include business permits, certifications, engineering licenses, prequalification, vendor/supplier registrations and various other items to ensure Shrewsberry compliance with all rules and regulations for each state. The Certifications Specialist/Administrative Assistance will provide administrative support across the organization. Senior Project Manager, Water Resources
The Senior Project Manager is expected to be technically proficient in water and wastewater engineering and serve as a technical resource for the Department. While the Senior Project Manager may be able to delegate technical aspects of the project to subordinates or other members of the department, the Senior Project Manager may also be required to directly perform all technical aspects of water /wastewater projects assigned to them. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is expected to facilitate the necessary inter-disciplinary coordination within and outside the Department required to execute projects.
The Senior Project Manager must recognize the expected level of detail required at each phase of engineering design and take the appropriate steps to execute the design to the appropriate level of detail, and in a manner that minimizes risk to the firm.
The IT Coordinator is accountable for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Shrewsberry information technology systems and networks. This individual will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of computer and telecom systems.

The Site Civil Engineer will develop site designs, project plans and specifications, horizontal control plans, furnishings and finishes plans, grading and erosion control plans, irrigation plans, and planting plans. Communicate between clients, sub-consultants, contractors, local municipalities and state regulatory agencies is also expected both written and orally.
Stormwater Engineering Leader
The Stormwater (SW) Engineering Leader will focus on establishing and developing this practice area into a center of excellence for SW and drainage design, with consistent high-quality project delivery. This Leader will ensure QA/QC rigor on all project deliverables/submittals. The SW Engineering Leader must strive to meet/exceed goals on business metrics goals for their SW/drainage pool of projects (e.g., utilization, A/R, WIP, etc.). This Leader will also be engaged collaboratively on business development activities to increase the SW/drainage backlog.
The primary function of this position is to serve as the Field Engineer in support of the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) Regional Transit Center Phases 2,3,4,5, and 7 Project. The position will primarily support RFTA’s Construction Manager.
As part of our Transportation team, the Traffic Engineer will develop traffic control, signing, pavement marking, and traffic signal plans, as well as perform traffic operational analyses. The Traffic Engineer will utilize their knowledge and skills to support our project teams in delivery of projects through planning and design.
