Shrewsberry is serving as the comprehensive Owner’s Technical Representative and Project Manager providing professional services during the planning, design, construction, and delivery of a world class Assessment and Intervention Center, Consolidated County Jail, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, a Court Facility, a Professional Office Building, and a Central Utility Plant for the City of Indianapolis. Project tasks involve managing the design and construction of the overall project including monitoring the schedule and budget, troubleshooting, problem solving, and coordinating with the Design-Builders on adjacent projects to ensure a cohesive overall campus project delivery.
Our Landscape Architecture team is providing landscape detail and aesthetic treatments for the overall Campus, Courts building main entrance feature, and the multi-acre parking lot. Tasks include material and furniture selections, planting plans, coordination with city agencies, and graphic representation for visual communication.
