Shrewsberry offers a range of integrative services to help our clients manage their projects from conception throughout design and construction. As an owner’s representative, we have the expertise to lead projects and lessen the burden on the Owner, as well as provide technical services throughout project development processes. Acting as an extension of our client’s staff, our program and project managers provide the proficiency and skill to ensure the project is run smoothly and the highest quality product is delivered for the investment.

Our professionals understand planning and construction issues on complex projects and have demonstrated experience leading projects to successful completion. Utilizing an extensive project management approach, we combine varying aspects of the construction process—planning, procurement, design, construction, project controls, specialty inspections, and quality control/quality assurance—and provide technical expertise.

Shrewsberry applies critical program and project management practices throughout the project, concentrating on schedule, budget, and our client’s other top priorities.. This includes determining key milestones to track early in the project development process in order to provide stakeholder involvement and feedback. From planning and design to construction and occupancy, we utilize our vast experience and knowledge gained from previous projects to apprise decisions at critical points during each project.
