Project Details

Shrewsberry was the program manager, functioning as an extension of the Indiana University Health staff for the planning, design and construction of the Indiana University Health Saxony Hospital.

Shrewsberry worked directly with the owner team to lead the re-start of this $150 million wellness campus. The project included the construction of a forty- two (42) bed medical facility, a medical office building, coordinated medical and wellness-use buildings, and associated site work including exercise trails.

Shrewsberry provided the following services: leading the design and construction management team, leading quality control and plan review services, overseeing the construction activities and construction administration, resolving design and construction issues, managing the budget and ensuring adherence to the budget, coordinating with the local government and developer, managing the project schedule, coordinating the medical equipment purchase and delivery, and overseeing the commissioning process.
