Shrewsberry’s Engineered Landscapes team was invited to join the design team for the fast-paced delivery of 16 Tech’s Innovation Hub (HqO) – a makers space that will offer a true innovative ecosystem to the 16 Tech District master plan. Our team is providing civil engineering for utility coordination and providing valuable insight and consistency within the streetscape connection to Gent Avenue and the Tech Trail. Landscape Architecture team involvement assures the design elements will seamlessly tie into the new development with paving systems, street furnishings, and materials. The main entrance to the Innovation Hub was designed to effectively interface with future tenants and users of the innovative space.
