Shrewsberry is responsible for site civil engineering, coordinating with the design team for drainage, erosion control, utility design, and associated permits for the Aequitas Office Development project as part of the new Community Justice Campus in Indianapolis. Proposed on the site are two, five-story office buildings that may potentially accommodate space for prosecutors and lawyers. An associated parking will also be included in the $75 million (approximately) improvements on the 10-acre site. Design considerations include coordination of site improvements with an adjacent stream protection corridor, other nearby construction projects, and street improvements that will occur concurrent with Aequitas construction. Shrewsberry also assisted Browning Investments with rezoning and platting of the site. Construction is scheduled for completion in Spring 2022.
