Shrewsberry was selected to perform as the Owner’s Technical Representative for the planning, design and construction of the new $13 million Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) headquarters in Fishers, Indiana.
The project included the construction of a forty thousand square foot (40,000 sq. ft.) headquarters, which included staff office space, a Product Experience Center, tenant space, outdoor terrace and walking trail west of new building.
On this project, Shrewsberry worked directly with the owner to lead the design and construction management team, lead quality control and plan review services and preconstruction decisions. Shrewsberry also oversaw the construction activities and testing agency, resolved design and construction issues, assisted with monthly pay application process and ensured adherence to the budget, coordinating with the local government and developer, monitored the project schedule and change management, and the relocation coordination of CEDIA staff.
