The primary function of this position is project delivery: to lead by providing management of various civil engineering projects with a primary focus on roadway projects. This includes engineering design and coordination functions, proposals, budgets, scheduling, client meetings, tracking, reporting, contracts, status reports, invoicing etc.
This position will also have business development responsibilities including building and maintaining relationships with TxDOT, tolling agencies and other Municipalities throughout Texas.
