The Marketing Coordinator will participate and assist in the development of internal marketing standardization practices, and marketing communications and assist with proposal efforts. This position will support the Senior Graphic Designer and be responsible for designing and creating various marketing materials to support corporate growth. This position will exercise discretion and independent judgment concerning the creation of various marketing pieces.
CAD Designer, Water Resources
The Designer is a skilled position in the Water Resources support job group. Under the supervision of engineers, designers are responsible for creating and updating engineering drawings. They work on various assignments as project team members to accomplish drafting and design tasks. Designers are responsible for organizing project timelines in conjunction with the Project Engineers and Project Managers. Designers deliver complete, appropriate, and accurate drawings with related documentation. Designers perform more complex research associated with resolution of data and logic discrepancies and train other staff on division processes and procedures.
The position will assist the Controller in directing the organization’s accounting functions and contributes to the development and maintenance of financial reporting, planning and budgeting systems. Assists in setting strategic direction for the accounting department and aligning department goals to help achieve its objectives. This will include managing, under the general direction of the Controller, accounting principles, practices, and procedures, including cost, payables, and reporting. They will provide oversight and coordination of operating reports and statutory filings, establish and maintains financial controls, and manages a staff of project accountants. Ensures that all corporate and required accounting policies and procedures are documented and followed by the organization. May train accounting staff and coordinate with auditors. A signed confidentiality agreement is required for this position.
Senior Project Manager, Water Resources
The Senior Project Manager is expected to be technically proficient in water and wastewater engineering and serve as a technical resource for the Department. While the Senior Project Manager may be able to delegate technical aspects of the project to subordinates or other members of the department, the Senior Project Manager may also be required to directly perform all technical aspects of water /wastewater projects assigned to them. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is expected to facilitate the necessary inter-disciplinary coordination within and outside the Department required to execute projects.
The Senior Project Manager must recognize the expected level of detail required at each phase of engineering design and take the appropriate steps to execute the design to the appropriate level of detail, and in a manner that minimizes risk to the firm.
Site Civil Project Engineer
The purpose of this position is to be a part of our Landscape Architecture & Site / Civil Department. Our group performs design services for commercial, retail, institutional and recreational facilities, that include roadway, site, drainage systems, erosion and sediment control, and site utility infrastructure design aspects. These types of projects are taken from the conceptual to final design, and no through construction administration. The ability to work and interact with other design team members, clients, local planning boards and municipal engineers is essential. A proficiency in AutoCAD is required and Hydrologic/Hydraulic design software is preferred.
Stormwater Engineering Leader
The Stormwater (SW) Engineering Leader will focus on establishing and developing this practice area into a center of excellence for SW and drainage design, with consistent high-quality project delivery. This Leader will ensure QA/QC rigor on all project deliverables/submittals. The SW Engineering Leader must strive to meet/exceed goals on business metrics goals for their SW/drainage pool of projects (e.g., utilization, A/R, WIP, etc.). This Leader will also be engaged collaboratively on business development activities to increase the SW/drainage backlog.
