The primary function of this position is to serve as the Construction Administrator/Engineer in support of the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) Regional Transit Center Phases 2,3,4,5, and 7 Project.  The position will primarily support RFTA’s Design Build Manager.

The primary function of this position is to serve as the Field Engineer in support of the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) Regional Transit Center Phases 2,3,4,5, and 7 Project.  The position will primarily support RFTA’s Construction Manager.

The Landscape Architect will work closely with an integrated team on designs transforming the public realm within urban spaces and the built environment, and as stewards of the natural environmental systems. They ultimately strive to exceed the client needs while providing innovative and aesthetically pleasing places for people to enjoy, while ensuring that changes to the natural environment are appropriate, sensitive and sustainable.

The diverse project locations embraces both urban and rural settings, that range from designing the layout of parks, trails, and low impact developments utilizing sustainable practices; to urban design, downtown revitalization, sport sites and redevelopment of land affected by industry and infrastructure.

The position will perform professional level project management, working on projects from inception to completion by managing and coordinating departmental projects which includes organizing, administering, and monitoring one or more projects.

Project management includes developing a project plan, defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks, determining how goals will be achieved and what resources are needed, and associating budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes implementing the project plan along with careful controls to stay on the “critical path” that is to ensure the plan is being managed according to the plan. Project management usually follows major phases including project planning, implementation, evaluation, and support/maintenance.

The primary function of this position is project delivery lead, providing project management of various civil engineering projects with a primary focus on roadway work. This includes engineering design and coordination functions, proposals, budgets, scheduling, client meetings, tracking, reporting, contracts, status reports, invoicing etc.

This position will also have business development responsibilities including building and maintaining relationships with CDOT, CCD, and other Municipalities throughout Colorado.

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of a variety of transportation engineering projects.   This position is primarily a technical role but may have project management responsibilities.
